Project Nature: Expansion

Project Scope: With an investment of RMB 250 million, the project will expand the existing facility at No. 56 Yunhu Road, Jintan Economic Development Zone, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. This includes constructing a 34,000-square-meter production workshop and a 27,000-square-meter R&D workshop. The expansion will involve acquiring advanced automated equipment, including 115 machining centers, 30 cleaning machines, 1 anodizing line, and 10 sets of molds. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 1 million sets of critical aviation components, 100,000 sets of semiconductor equipment, and 1.5 million sets of automotive parts.

Existing Projects and Environmental Protection Status: Existing projects include the newly constructed Phase I Aviation and Automotive Parts Production Project and the expanded Phase II Aviation and Automotive Parts Production Project. Exhaust gases from existing projects meet emission standards after quality-based treatment; wastewater containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and heavy metals is treated for reuse without discharge. Other wastewater is treated at the on-site sewage treatment station to meet standards before being transferred to Jintan City's Second Sewage Treatment Plant. Noise emissions meet standards through measures such as foundation vibration reduction and soundproofing. All solid wastes are properly disposed of.
