In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Decree No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the draft Environmental Impact Statement for this project has been completed. The following information is now publicly disclosed to solicit opinions concerning the environmental impact of this construction project:
I. Project Name and Overview
Project Name: Phase III Expansion Project for Key Aviation Components, Semiconductor Equipment, and Automotive Parts Manufacturing
Project Overview: With a proposed investment of RMB 250 million, the project will expand the existing facility at No. 56 Yunhu Road, Jintan Economic Development Zone, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. This expansion includes adding 34,000 square meters of production workshops and 27,000 square meters of R&D workshops. The project will acquire advanced automated equipment, including 115 machining centers, 30 cleaning machines, 1 anodizing line, and 10 sets of molds. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 1 million sets of key aviation components, 100,000 sets of semiconductor equipment, and 1.5 million sets of automotive parts.
Existing Facilities and Environmental Protection Status:
The existing facilities comprise the Phase I New Aviation and Automotive Parts Production Project and the Phase II Expansion Project for Aviation and Automotive Parts Production. Existing project emissions meet standards after quality-based treatment; wastewater containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and heavy metals is treated for reuse without discharge. Other wastewater meets standards after treatment at the on-site sewage treatment station before being transferred to Jintan City's Second Sewage Treatment Plant. Noise emissions meet standards through measures such as foundation vibration reduction and sound absorption. All solid waste is properly disposed of.

V. Methods and Channels for Public Submission of Opinions
The public may submit completed opinion forms to the construction unit within the specified timeframe via letter, fax, email, or telephone, reflecting opinions and suggestions related to the project's environmental impact (Note: According to the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, opinions or demands unrelated to the project's EIA—such as those concerning land acquisition, demolition, property, or employment—are not within the scope of public participation for this EIA). Members of the public submitting comments are requested to indicate the date of submission, their real name, and contact information to facilitate feedback as needed.
VI. Timeframe for Public Comment Submission
Within 10 working days from the date of this announcement, the public may complete the Public Participation Opinion Form for the Environmental Impact Assessment of the Construction Project and submit it to the construction unit via email or postal mail (postmark date applies).
